Who Am I?
A performance coach and consultant specialising in sustainable high performance under pressure.
With over 20 years of experience across elite sport, Olympic programmes, world championship environments and senior leadership, I combine performance science with practical strategies to help senior leaders in sport perform effectively and consistently.
My work focuses on strengthening decision-making, leadership effectiveness, physical capacity and recovery through personalised Performance Architecture.
My Approach
Is shaped by both professional expertise and personal experience.
As an aspiring professional action sports athlete, a life-threatening injury abruptly ended my competitive ambitions. That experience fundamentally changed my understanding of performance and reinforced a principle that continues to guide my work:
High performance means little if it cannot be sustained.
Today, I applies evidence-informed principles from elite sport to the challenges facing senior leaders operating under sustained pressure.
Combining performance psychology, leadership development, physical performance, nutrition and recovery, I build practical systems that support consistent execution in demanding environments.
