Why This Work Exists...

I help sports industry executives sustain high-quality performance under sustained pressure — without degradation in judgement, energy, or leadership presence.

Earlier in my career, a life-threatening injury as an aspiring professional action sports athlete ended my competitive path abruptly. That experience shaped a core belief that still defines my work today:

Performance is meaningless if it isn’t sustainable.

This work exists to support leaders operating in environments where pressure is constant, decisions are public, and responsibility doesn’t pause between fixtures or quarters.
